Consent form for data processing and engagement
By submitting an enquiry via the contact form, I consent to my personal data (e.g. name, email address, travel details) being processed for the purpose of providing personalised travel advice and planning. In certain cases, it may be necessary to pass on further data, such as passport details, to local operators for the organisation of day trips. This data will be used exclusively on behalf of the customer and only for the specific purpose in question.
I acknowledge that BeEase Asia Guide does not book flights or hotels itself, but merely provides recommendations. Day trips are organised by local operators, who act as the primary point of contact in the event of any issues.
I am aware that BeEase Asia Guide organises day trips for an additional fee and only does so by prior arrangement.
