1. Working as a travel planner and agent
BeEase Asia Guide offers personalised travel planning and arranges travel services through local partner companies in Vietnam.
BeEase Asia Guide is not a tour operator.
2. Planning fee:
Following a personal consultation, a personalised itinerary will be drawn up and provided as a password-protected PDF document.
The planning fee is payable once the itinerary has been finalised.
The password required to view the document in full will be sent once payment has been received.
Once the planning fee has been paid, the planning service is deemed to have been provided.
3. Arrangement and booking of travel services
Bei Buchungen, die über BeEase Asia Guide organisiert werden, fällt eine Servicegebühr von 3 % auf den Gesamtpreis der Reise an. Diese wird separat auf der Rechnung ausgewiesen.
To confirm your booking, please do so within we need a deposit of at least 25% is due 14 days after booking confirmation of the tour price.
The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the trip to pay in order to keep all bookings.
Payments are processed by our local partner via the secure OnePay payment system.
4. Payment methods
Payment can be made by:
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via PayPal
5. Payment deadline
Payment within 14 days of the invoice date.
No payment means no entitlement to benefits.
6. Cancellation Policy
Only the cancellation policies of the respective service providers apply.
