BeEASE Asia Guide offers personalised travel planning for Asia, focusing on bespoke itineraries, daily schedules, recommendations for excursions and personalised advice. I combine my own travel experience with local contacts and up-to-date recommendations.
❓ Which countries do you offer travel planning services for?
The focus is currently on Vietnam and will be extended to China. Other Asian countries (e.g. Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia) are available on request. The range of services is being continuously expanded.
❓ Is your travel planning suitable for individuals, couples or groups?
Yes. My itineraries are designed for solo travellers, couples, friends and small groups. The trip is tailored to suit your budget, travel dates, interests and travel style.

❓ Can you book day trips directly for me?
Upon request, I am happy to book day trips with certified local tour operators. In doing so, I act solely on behalf of the customer and only with their express consent. To make the booking, I may need to obtain travel document details (e.g. passport details). This information will be used exclusively for the purpose of making the booking and will only be passed on to the relevant tour operator.
❗ Important note regarding liability
The local organiser remains the direct point of contact regarding the event’s execution, any changes or issues, and is responsible for the service provided on site. I act as an agent and coordinator on behalf of the client.
💶 Are there any additional costs for bookings?
Yes. An additional service charge may apply for booking and processing services. This will be clearly communicated in advance and specified in the quote.
❓ Do you book flights and hotels too?
No. I don’t book flights or hotels.
However, I provide specific recommendations (including links, location, price range and tips) so that you can book confidently and easily yourself.
❓ How is sensitive data protected?
- Sensitive data (e.g. passport numbers) is:
- collected only with express consent
- used exclusively for the agreed purpose
- shared only with essential service providers
- deleted or anonymised once the booking has been completed (unless otherwise agreed)
❓ How much does travel planning cost?
The cost depends on the duration of the trip, its complexity and the scope of services. You will receive a clear quote before we start – no hidden costs.
❓ Is your advice independent?
Yes. My recommendations are based on my own experience, customer feedback and verified partners. There is no obligation to book.

❓How long should a tour of Vietnam last?
Many travellers plan to spend between 10 and 14 days on a round-trip tour of Vietnam. Shorter tours usually focus on individual regions such as Northern Vietnam or the Mekong Delta.
❓When is the best time to visit Vietnam?
Vietnam can be visited all year round, although the climates differ between northern, central and southern Vietnam.
